Training testimonials
“Cheda is very competent teacher. He has a great capacity to feel the needs of the class and his students and to adapt the teaching accordingly and immediately. He allows the space for error and the exploration without judgment. He also freely acknowledges and appreciates the strong points of his students. I really enjoy his teaching and his love and knowledge of the body which he clearly transmits.”
Elena Invernizzi
Shiatsu practitioner, TRE® Mentor Trainee
I especially value that the knowledge is passed on in a very balanced way between theory and practice. I feel ignited and inspired after this workshop. I´ve not only been enriched with more knowledge and practical tools but also gained a deeper understanding of what I intuitively “know/see”. Almost as if something dormant in me has been awakened/been made more conscious.
Kaia Mainz
Singing Teacher/Instructor, TRE Provider
Really good! Well taught, right ratio of theory and practice. Cheda has a really wide experience in the field and a solid scientific knowledge. He keeps being curious, questioning and adding layers to the technique. He constantly checks on the participants to see if they are well and if they are getting the content of the teachings.
Lisa Ferretti
Yoga Teacher
”Cheda has a great ability to share scientific and technical information in a practical way. He is able to hold emotions and vulnerability of his students and skilfully share his own. His teaching integrates cognitive information and practical applications in a balanced way. He is a living example of how to integrate the shadow aspects and traumas and how this transformation can teach us all and be applied in a practical way.
Francesca Gussoni

I thought it was extremely informative and well structured. I enjoyed the mix of theory and practical. I particularly enjoyed learning about Polyvagal theory and trauma.

It is hard to put in to words how powerful this process can be, honestly, the best thing you can do is to be open-minded to the approach and to jump in, have a willingness to learn and explore your own internal landscape in a safe environment knowing that you are in good hands with Cheda, he is very experienced and always holds a safe space for people.

How long does it take?
The certification process will take 10-18 months from the start of Module 1.
The learning process is self directed and needs significant organisation and motivation on the part of the TRE® Trainee. Your relationship with your TRE® Mentor is key. We will endeavour to support your process as best suitable to your needs.
Please note, the requirements above are the minimum. Prior to Module 2 we will ask you to agree a learning plan with your TRE® Mentor. The personal process work is significant and needs to be fully engaged with before moving to teaching to other individuals.
For people without an existing qualification as a therapist or trainer, the supervision requirement will almost certainly be greater to make sure you have the skills to support people to safely learn and practice TRE®.
Supervision is an ongoing negotiation depending on your existing skills, your study progress and time taken to complete each stage. It is not unusual for more supervision sessions that outlined above to be required as
