and guidance
Supervision is a creative space to explore TRE® theory and practice.
The expressive potential of the tremor is infinite. Every shake is different as it intuitively works to the bodies needs in the moment. Working with such variety is about understanding flow. Emphasis can shift session to session to incorporate large gestures and fascia release, emotive work on memory or deep energetic shift that bring new insights or alter us profoundly. Supervision is about supporting practitioners in their journey learning to hold others through this, helping them to develop a unique and authentic way of working.
Open to Certified TRE® Provider Trainees and Certified TRE® Providers.
1-2-1 Supervision
As providers its vital we deepen our engagement with our own bodies through self-practice. This is what helps fully realise the tremors potential, while exposing us to its different ways of working and the challenges we might witness in our clients. It also helps develop our body-to-body attunement at a subconscious level.
Supervision sessions can focus on self-practice, issues arising clinically or enhancing specialist knowledge in area’s such as interventions and modifications. Interventions assist the tremor moving through the body by opening up new pathways. These might be hands on, linguistic or energetic, and capitalising on how the immeshed networks reference and expanded in conjunction with each other.
Cheda is available for this .

Online Group Supervision
Group supervision is a great way to get deeper exposure to a range of clinical questions and experiences, as other members of the group will be encountering different scenarios. It's also an opportunity to get to know others in the community and learn from through them as well as the host.
Cheda always aims to feel into the needs of the group and the individual, in order to offer more meaningful and coherent guidance and assistance of everyone's process. Group size is normally between 4-8 people to ensure depth and that everyone gets to share.
If you are part of an existing group looking for supervision contact us and we’ll figure you out a slot.
Current supervision groups are fully subscribed but we are taking bookings for individuals wishing to join the group process.
Get in touch and we’ll notify you as soon as we have a suitable group for you set up.
Specialist Taught Sessions
Beyond standard supervisory support we offer also offer taught sessions on certain themes for TRE® providers and psychotherapist facing questions in their clinical practice. These can be 1-2-1 or delivered to groups to share costs.
