Primitive reflexes are responsible for early development of our balance, coordination and sensory-motor development. Primitive reflexes, Reactions and Responses are fundamental part of our survival and attachment strategies.

Developmental trauma, accidents, falls, abuse or neglect, can and does effect child’s brain and body development.

Trauma of any kind can and does effect these strategies, causing the retention, underdevelopment and modification of these strategies. Retained Primitive Reflexes can negatively affect our life in so many ways.

How Primitive Reflexes affect the Brain, Body and our Attachment/ Bonding with ourselves and others?

What strategies can we use to correct it?

Which Brain and Body regions regulate and control these unconscious, involuntary movements and how do we restore the imbalances?

Workshop content:

• Learn about 10 Primitive Reflexes, how to test for them and how to integrate them with simple, effective interventions and movements.

• Learn how Primitive Reflexes, Righting Reactions and Survival Responses affect your Brain, Body, Posture and Attachment strategies and practice simple interventions to improve it.
