Exploration of 8 developmental stages with TRE®

In this new and exciting monthly class, Cheda will be taking us on a active exploration through the 8 developmental stages. Using TRE to expand our awareness of how our systems emerge and establish this series with be a deep but playful path of self-discovery

Participant numbers limited to 12 to ensure an intimacy to the teaching.

This is a series of 12 sessions running fortnightly from the end of Feb till June 2022. Sessions can be booked 1 at a time or as a whole course in advance to ensure your place and receive a discount.
